Product Returns

1. Please fill in the waybill once our courier partner get to your premises.
2. All RECEIVER details must be as follows:

3. Choose delivery option: NEXT DAY before 17h00.

1. The option to return your garments to us via the South African Post Office is available to anyone.
2. Parcel should be addressed to:
   SassyChic
   PO Box 2529
   Honeydew
   Johannesburg
   2040
3. Be sure to send us your tracking number so that we can keep track of delivery of your parcel to our PO Box.

1. Select a convenient Pargo point for your return. You can use the Pargo website to determine which points are nearest to you.
2. Notify SassyChic of the Pargo point that you have chosen.
3. Await your waybill, which you will receive via email.
4. Print waybill and attach it to your parcel before dropping it off at your selected Pargo point.
5. Please ensure that your items are secure within your package to avoid any damage while in transit.

1. Once you have logged a return request via our website, you will receive email confirmation that this has been received.
2. This email will also contain information that is relevant to your delivery, like address and operating hours
3. Once you have received your email confirmation, you are free to drop off the parcel at our offices.
4. No exchanges/refunds will be issued on the spot – once we have received your return, you will receive email communication regarding your refund/exchange.

• As per our terms & conditions SALE / OUTLET items are not eligible for free return.

• There is a returns handling fee of R75.00.
• You may have this amount deducted from your refund or store credit should you opt for these return actions.
• In the event of an exchange you will need to make an EFT payment to our bank account below.
• Please use your return ID as reference when making EFT payment.
