- Should you attempt to redeem sign up newseltter coupon on any flash sale items – your order will be cancelled & refunded and no coupon will be re-issued to you.
- NO FREE RETURNS – should you have purchased any special offer items they will NOT qualify for a free return.
- You may return the item(s) at a cost to you within 7 days of receipt
- A handling & logistic return fee of R105.00 will be standard on ANY & ALL returns where items have been purchased during the SassyChic label special offer.
- This fee will be expected to be paid via EFT before a collection of your return can be arranged by our courier partner.
- Should you wish to exchange an item, the return fee will be charged AS WELL AS a second R95.00 delivery fee for the newly exchanged item to be sent to you.
- Again, both these fees will be expected to be paid via EFT before a collection of your return can be arranged by our courier & a second delivery can be made of your newly exchanged item.
- Alternatively, you may send your return to us via PARGO, your preferred courier partner or deliver your return to our warehouse in person – at a cost to you.
- Your return remains your responsibility until it is received safely by us.
- Should you wish to return any flash sale items your discount will not be re-issued on any other purchases or exchanged items.

ACCEPTANCE
www.sassychic.co.za (“the Website”) is owned and operated by K Heimann CC (Registration number: 1999/0035105/23) (herein referred to as (“SassyChic”).
SassyChic welcomes you to shop for fashion, beauty & lingerie online.
- Visitors to the Website (“Users” or “you”), including those Users who purchase any products on the website (“Purchasers”) are bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not continue to use the Website. Your continued use of the Website will constitute an acceptance of the Terms and Conditions by you.
- The Website enables Users to shop for goods which include, amongst other things, fashion, beauty, lingerie & accessories.
- We may change these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The latest version of these Terms and Conditions apply whenever you use the Website. You agree to read the latest version each time you visit the Website.
- By your using our Website or by the exchange of emails with us, you communicate with us by electronic means. You therefore agree that any and all agreements, notices, disclosures, or any other communications sent or received electronically satisfy any legal requirement, including but not limited to, the requirement that such communications should be “in writing”.
PRODUCTS & AVAILABILITY
- Stock availability: Stock of all goods on offer is limited. SassyChic shall make all reasonable efforts to ensure that when stock is no longer available, that offers are discontinued. However, should SassyChic be unable to fulfil any order placed by you at the advertised price due to stock having sold out, SassyChic will notify you and you will be entitled to a refund of the amount paid by you for such product as explained in more detail below and in the refund policy (“Refund policy”).
GIFT VOUCHERS & COUPONS
- SassyChic offers physical and electronic Gift Vouchers (“Gift Vouchers”) as well as electronic promotional Coupons (Coupons) available on the Website from time to time. Gift Vouchers and Coupons can only be redeemed whilst they are valid (their expiry dates being unable to be extended), and may be used on the Website to purchase SassyChic products.
- How to redeem your Gift Voucher or Coupon:
- Login or register at www.sassychic.co.za
- Please take note of your Gift Voucher or Coupon code.
- Follow the “How to Shop” instructions until checkout (add the item(s) you wish to purchase to your shopping cart).
- During the checkout process click on “Use Gift Voucher” or “Use Coupon” option and enter your Gift Voucher number or Coupon Redemption code on the shopping cart page before you click checkout.
- Click the “Apply Voucher “or “Apply Coupon” button.
- The sum total of the Gift Voucher or Coupon will be subtracted from the total value of the purchase.
- Checkout
- Gift Vouchers or Coupons may only be used once.
- Only one Gift Voucher or Coupon is redeemable per order.
- The full amount of the Gift Voucher and Coupon has to be redeemed and will be redeemed upon use.
- Gift Vouchers may not be:
- used to purchase other Gift Vouchers or Coupons;
- exchanged for cash;
- transferred or assigned to any other person.
PAYFAST
Payfast processes credit card and debit card payments, Mobicred or instant Electronic Funds Transfer (“EFT”) payments in a secure SSL environment. This ensures the security of your personal and banking details.
PAYFLEX
PayFlex payments are now accepted. You can use any American Express, Visa or Mastercard card (Debit, Credit or Cheque) to make a Payflex payment.
HAPPY PAY
Happy Pay payments are now accepted. Happy Pay is an easy to use Buy-Now-Pay-Later platform. You can use any American Express, Visa or Mastercard card (Debit, Credit or Cheque) to make a Happy Pay payment.
PLEASE NOTE WE ONLY ACCEPT PAYFAST/ CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS.
GENERAL
- SassyChic.co.za delivers anywhere in South Africa AND worldwide (please scroll down to international deliveries for more information).
CHARGES
- Delivery is FREE in South Africa provided your order meets the minimum order requirement upon checkout.
- There is no delivery charge for orders more than R1000.00 .
- Should your order total be less than R1000.00, a R105.00 delivery fee will be added to your purchase.
- The R105 delivery fee is a set standard for all delivery options (our courier partner & Pargo).
- All products listed in our BEAUTY section carry a R105.00 delivery fee irrespective of the cart total.
- All international orders have a standard delivery fee of R950.00 (Zone 1), R1100 (Zone 2), R1500 (Zone 3), R1800 (Zone 4), R1800 (Zone 5), R1900 (Zone 6), R2100 (Zone 7), R2500 (Zone 8), R3000 (Zone 9) depending on which country your order will be delivered to.
OPTIONS & PERIODS
Door-To-Door Deliveries with our courier partner (within 5 business days)
- Once your order has been processed, we will arrange with our courier partner to deliver your purchased items to the place and person of your choice, to arrive on the next business day after dispatch.
- Delivery periods are calculated based on business days only. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not taken into account in calculating delivery periods. For, example, if you order something over the weekend or on a public holiday, the delivery period will only start running on the next business day.
- If products with different delivery times are ordered together, the product with the longest delivery time will determine the delivery time of all the products in the order. If you want to order various products where some have a shorter delivery time than others, SassyChic advises that you order such products separately from the products requiring longer delivery times.
- SassyChic makes every effort to ensure that the information supplied on the Website is accurate. Where delays and out of stock situations occur, every reasonable effort will be made to inform you.
- In the unlikely event of an incorrect delivery or defective product, please go to the returns page and initiate a returns request.

Pargo Pick Up Points (within 5 business days)
- Not at home when we are trying to deliver your parcel? Or are you experiencing other challenges with traditional deliveries? We have partnered with Pargo [add link to Pargo.co.za] to make your delivery experience at SassyChic even better. Pargo ensures that you never miss a delivery again by allowing you to have your parcels delivered to a selected Pargo point where you can collect when it suits you best.
Pargo works in 3 simple steps:
1 – Choose Pargo on the check-out page and select your preferred store.
2 – Receive an email and sms from Pargo when the parcel is ready for collection which includes your Pargo code.
3 – Collect your parcel from the store, don’t forget to bring the Pargo code.
- When choosing Pargo pick up point for your delivery method, your order will be delivered to your selected Pargo pick up point.
- Deliveries to the Pargo points are done up to 3 business days in main centers and up to 5 business days for regional and remote areas. The opening hours of the stores can be found when you are choosing your prefered store. Pargo will also include these opening hours in the email communication with you. Your parcel will be kept at the store in a safe and secure area until you have collected your parcel.
- Pargo will keep your parcel at the store for 8 days. If the parcel is not collected within 8 calendar days of being delivered, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse and a return will be processed for the goods. You will be contacted in order to confirm the refund method you would prefer.
- In the case of choosing Pargo pick up point as a delivery method, the delivery is considered complete when the parcel is successfully delivered to the applicable Pargo pick up point.

- Should you reside in Johannesburg or have your own courier, you are welcome to collect your order from our offices.

- Orders will only be available and ready for collection when payment has been received via PayFast or Electronic Funds Transfer.
- You will be notified via email when your order is ready for collection. Please do not attempt collection prior to receiving this confirmation email, as it will not be ready.
- SassyChic is an exclusively online store. For this reason please be advised that all collection orders are packaged for PICK UP ONLY – no customers will be permitted to use our showroom facilities or office bathrooms to try on products.
- Please note that we will do our best to process and have your order ready for collection as soon as reasonably possible so you may collect within 5 business days subject to cleared payment.
- Orders made on a weekend will not be ready for collection until the following week subject to cleared payment.
- Orders made before or on a public holiday will only be ready for collection in the following business days subject to cleared payment.
- Should you wish to return your item(s) please go to our returns page to process a return request.

International Deliveries (within at least 10 business days)
- We will arrange for your order to be delivered via DHL International to the shipment address provided.
- We will ensure that we process and dispatch your order within a reasonable period of time to ensure that you receive it within at least 10 business days subject to cleared payment and availability of goods.
- Once your order has been dispatched we will inform you via email and give you a tracking number to track your delivery.
- We, unfortunately, cannot redirect your purchase once it has been dispatched.
- Orders made on a weekend are only dispatched on Monday.
- Orders made before or on a public holiday are dispatched on the next business day.

GENERAL
- Save for certain exceptions, and subject to certain charges, the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 2002 (the “ECTA”) entitles you to cancel any sale concluded within 7 days after the date of receipt of the goods and obtain a full purchase price refund.
- Late Delivery & Shortages: If a product you have purchased is not delivered within the agreed delivery period (or where no specific period is agreed, within 30 days after having purchased the product) you are entitled to cancel such purchase on 7 days notice to SassyChic. Should a product that you have ordered be out of stock, SassyChic will notify you thereof, whereupon:
- In the event of a temporary out-of-stock situation, you shall be entitled to cancel the order and be fully refunded, or to maintain the sale subject to a later delivery date as may be agreed;
- In the event of a permanent out-of-stock situation, you shall be entitled to be fully refunded.
- Incorrect Product Delivery: If the incorrect product is delivered to you (i.e. it is not the product you purchased), please do not remove the product from its original packaging, open or use the product in any way. Please contact SassyChic, so that we can resolve the mistake by collecting the product from you and delivering the correct one as soon as possible.
- Damaged Product: Should you receive a damaged item, you will need to notify us of this within 24 hours of receipt of the product. Should you attempt to return a damaged item without following the correct procedure, the return request will be rejected.
FREE RETURNS
- Purchased items may be returned FOR FREE (at no cost to you provided it is NOT a SALE / OUTLET or OTHER item listed below) within 7 days of receipt for a full refund of that item, an exchange for a different size or different garment of equivalent value based on stock availability, or a store credit This means that all customers must submit a return form within 7 days of receipt to qualify for a free return. Within 14 business days of us receiving the returned items, either:
- The refund amount will be credited via PAYFAST or bank account via EFT
- You will receive your exchanged item
- You will receive a SassyChic store credit
- The abovementioned is subject to the following:
- In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition, unworn/unused and in their original packaging with all tags still attached. (If the goods were delivered to you without tags you must advise us by email to this effect within 24 hours of receipt.)
- The item cannot be returned if damaged whilst in the possession of the customer. Should the customer receive an item that is already damaged, they must then notify us within 24 hours of receipt of the item, detailing the damage before submitting a return request.
- When trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item.
- Once your return form has been submitted you will receive an email to confirm that your return has been lodged. We will arrange for our courier partner to collect your return. Alternatively, returns may also be arranged via SAPO or a selected Pargo point, additionally we also accept returns via ‘self-delivery’. If you would like more information on this, please contact us.
- Please ensure your return includes a copy of your original invoice and/or order no.
- Processing of returns (including acknowledgement of receipt of return form submitted, collection of the return and delivery to SassyChic premises) can take up to 7 BUSINESS DAYS from date of submission. We appreciate your patience in this regard.
- If an item you receive is considered by you to be damaged or faulty, please submit a returns request form and we will take up the matter and possibly refund you or replace the item at our cost, subject to availability.
- Items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty and will not be accepted for a return or exchange.
- Swimwear & bodysuit returns will only be accepted so long as the hygiene strip is still intact.
- Non-defective products: Save for certain exceptions (as listed below),you are entitled, after receipt of a product purchased by you, to cancel the purchase within the relevant COOLING OFF PERIOD specified below, and to obtain the full purchase price refund, subject to being charged by SassyChic for the return of the product. The COOLING OFF PERIOD (S 44 of the ECTA 25 of 2012):
- 7 days after receipt of goods OR 7 days after the date of the sale whichever is the later;
- If payment for the goods has been effected prior to you exercising one of the aforementioned rights, you are entitled to a full refund of such payment, which payment must be made within 30 days of the date of cancellation.
- EXCEPTIONS: according to S42 (2) of the ECTA, these include:
- purchases by electronic Gift Vouchers or Coupons;
- earrings and lingerie (for hygienic reasons);
- face masks and all PPE (for safety and hygienic reasons);
- prizes, competition/promotional items;
- opened beauty products, cosmetics & fragrances – (skincare, haircare, nailcare products)
- To initiate a return a returns form MUST be filled out first on our returns page.
- ALL returns must be made within 30 days. No returns will be accepted after this period.
30 DAY & SALE RETURNS
Please kindly note, any returns of promotional items, prize items, complimentary items, SALE items, BEAUTY items, FOOTWEAR and INTERNATIONAL orders abide by the following policy and NOT the free returns policy as above.
- Purchased items may be returned (AT A COST TO YOU) within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of that item, exchange for a different size or different garment of equivalent value based on stock availability, or store credit. Within 14 business days of us receiving the returned items, either:
- The refund amount will be credited to your credit card via PAYFAST or bank account via EFT;
- You will receive your exchanged item;
- You will receive a SassyChic store credit.
- In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition, unworn/unused, in their original packaging with all tags still attached. (If the goods were delivered to you without tags you must advise us by email to this effect within 24 hours of receipt).
- When trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item.
- The returned goods are your responsibility until they reach us safely. We recommend you insure your return package. Please ensure you package your return carefully to prevent any damage and to ensure the goods are in their original condition when received by us.
- Please ensure your return includes a copy of your original invoice and/or order no.
- Processing of returns (including acknowledgement of receipt of return form submitted, collection of the return and delivery to SassyChic premises) can take up to 7 BUSINESS DAYS from date of submission. We appreciate your patience in this regard.
- We will exchange an item for the same item in a different size, subject to availability, but you will have to bear the cost of the delivery of the substituted item to you.
- If an item you receive is considered by you to be damaged or faulty, please submit a returns request form and we will take up the matter and refund you or replace the item at our cost, subject to availability.
- Items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty and will not be accepted for a return or exchange.
- Return costs remain your responsibility. You can return your order via your preferred Pargo Pick-up Point, or via our courier partner (we will arrange our couriers to collect from you for a fee of R95.00), additionally we also accept returns via self-delivery.
- Swimwear returns will only be accepted so long as the hygiene strip is still intact.
- Non-defective products: Save for certain exceptions (as listed below),you are entitled, after receipt of a product purchased by you, to cancel the purchase within the relevant COOLING OFF PERIOD specified below, and to obtain the full purchase price refund, subject to being charged by SassyChic for the return of the product. Pargo:
- Select a convenient Pargo point for your return. You can use the Pargo website to determine which points are nearest to you.
- Notify SassyChic of the Pargo point that you have chosen.
- Await your waybill, which you will receive via email.
- Print waybill and attach it to your parcel before dropping it off at your selected Pargo point.
- Please ensure that your items are secure within your package to avoid any damage while in transit.
Self-Delivery
- Once you have logged a return request via our website, you will receive email confirmation that this has been received.
- This email will also contain information that is relevant to your delivery, like address and operating hours
- Once you have received your email confirmation, you are free to drop off the parcel at our offices.
- No exchanges/refunds will be issued on the spot – once we have received your return, you will receive email communication regarding your refund/exchange.
